1. Q. How long does it take to build a house?
    A. Building times vary on the size and complexity of your home. The pre-construction process (designing your home, creating working drawings, interior selection, obtaining pricing from our trades, and mortgage approval) takes approximately 2 – 4 months. From the time the building contract is signed and permits are issued we have been averaging between 5 and 10 months from the time we start digging to turning over the keys. This is primarily due to the fact that the owner is on site regularly to make sure the schedule is on track, the trades are on task and the job is progressing at a reasonable pace.
  2. Q. How much do you charge per square foot?
    A. Since we are a custom builder, every home we build is unique and price will vary on the type of home built, the complexity and the interior and exterior finishes that are selected. Contact our office to arrange an appointment and we would be happy to sit down with you and go over what kind of house you would like to build, so we could give you a better idea what kind of price range you would be looking at.
  3. Q. Where do you build?
    A. Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Mundare, Vegreville and surrounding areas.
  4. Q. Do you have lots available?
    A. We feel that not only should you be able to live in the dream home of your choosing, you should also be able to choose where you want to live and which lot you would like to build your home on. We do not normally inventory lots. Many developers of new subdivisions have lots available to the public. We can put you in touch with those developers, or if you wish we can help you in securing the lot of your choosing in the area you desire. That being said, we do have a very limited amount of lots available in select communities. Please contact our office for more information.
  5. Q. Do you have floor plans available?
    A. Most of the homes we build are custom homes, however we do have a number of stock plans available to choose from as well, or just to get ideas from.
